COOLING CONVEYOR
• The biscuits are sorted vertically with the stacker (Penny Stacker) before they placing onto the cooling conveyor. • Biscuits arranged vertically on the conveyor belt will move forward to the packaging machines. • Cooling Conveyor Belts can be made from; Wire Mesh Belt, Polyurethane Belts, Modular Belts. • There is a Bypass on the Stacker (Penny Stacker) for cracker (Small) products • The length of the cooling conveyor should be at least as long as the oven length.
