• Direct Fired Burners and Regular Gas Burners are used to obtain the cooking temperature. Hybrid Oven is formed by the mixed structure of Direct Fired Oven and Indirect Heated Oven. Gas Burners are used in our furnaces, Direct Fired Burners and Regular Gas Burners with the highest heat efficiency are used. • The Oven Design is At the front section Direct Fired / Heated and after then as it ındırect. • Generally its used for Hard Biscuits and Cracker Baking Production. • At The Direct Fire / BakeSection , each sections heat can controllable at bottom and top and the heat curve cna be used efficiently that the baking quality will reach to top. • At The Indirect – Cyclothermic Bake section, the obtained and heated air is circulated inside the hot air channels that the baking can be homogeneous. • Additioanly, at the indirect section heat control can/will be controlled with independent valves to control different sections of the oven efficiently. • Easy installation and montage thanks to modular and bolted frame •insulation of the stone wool provides high standards of heat gain, so that the oven’s high internal temperature, despite the external body temperature is at room temperature • Product control and dehumidifying chimneys are available in each section • Oven body is painted as standard. Outer Casing can be delivered as stainless.• Oven Belt can be Wire Mesh or Sheet Metal Belt according to the product to be produced • Oven Belt speed can be adjusted electronically • Automatic Belt Control System for controlling the bake. •It can work synchronously with other equipments on the line. • Lubrication unit for Steel Sheet Metal Belt: For a smooth oil application with the rotating brush • Automatic Belt tracking: for checking the position of the belt • Belt scraper (For Steel Sheet Metal Belt): for cleaning the oven belt • Cleaning brush (For wire Mesh Belt): for cleaning the wire mesh baking belt
