• Mills the Crystalized sugar to Powder Sugar. • Milling system is Pin Disc Type, with the a Turning Rotor Disc and Fixed Stationary Disc. • Mill Consists from3 Groups: Body, Crystal Sugar Stock Section, Powder Sugar Stock Section. • For preventing vibration, Equipments body is manufactured from Sfero – Ductile Casting Material. • Crystal Sugar Feed will be made Manually. • During the milling operation, the air formed in the body creates vacuum, and the crystal sugar is absorbed from the tank. • Powdered granules are transferred to the powder sugar bunker • Filters are available on the powder sugar bunker to prevent dusting, • Main Motor Power: 15 kw/Hour • Capacity: 150 - 350Kg/ Hour • Powdered sugar is 30 - 35 microns thick
